Modern industrial development in Airport Industria!

Skyhawk Park is a new premier industrial development set to replace the existing Golf Air Park 1. The development has a Gross Lettable Area of 15,815m² and offers four distinct units, providing flexible space designed to cater to the specific needs of modern industrial operations. These units range from 3,785m² to 4,175m². Unit 1:
Offers a total area of 4,175m². The warehouse makes up 3,973m² and the office component makes up the remaining 202m². This is one of the two warehouses that offers and expansive yard of 5,141m².

Unit 2:
Offers a total area of 3,789m². The warehouse in this unit is 3,605m² with slightly smaller office space of 184m².

Unit 3:
Offers a total area of 3,785m². The warehouse makes up 3,601m² and this unit also provides 184m² of offices.

Unit 4:
Offers a total area of 4,066m². This includes a 3,857m² warehouse and 209m² of offices. This is the other unit offering yard space measuring to 5,173m². It also offers a 7.5m canopy over the loading zone

Each warehouse is equipped with a 13m roof height and ample parking, with the entire site providing a total of 160 parking bays. In addition to parking pays dedicated for use by staff, each unit provides delivery truck bays under a 5m canopy at the front. Units 1 and 4 are provided with an additional 7.5m canopy to the side with unit 1 having the added benefit of an additional 5m canopy at the rear.

The project is expected to be completed within the next 18 months wit a rental of R120/sqm (excl. VAT and operating costs).

Airport Industria is a highly sought after industrial hub conveniently located near the Cape Town International Airport. This makes this area a prime location for logistics and airfreight business. The area caters to small and mini factory users as well as large corporate distribution warehouses. It consists of two distinct area, divided by the Airport Approach Road, and are supported by a CID (City Improvement District). This has greatly improved security. It is centrally located within the Cape Metropolitan Area and offers easy access to the rest of Cape Town with links to Somerset West/Strand and the Cape Town CBD along the N2; Parow Industrial and Bellville through the Modderdam Road; and the major industrial areas of the Northern suburbs along the R300.
