COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY BROKERS

Calling out experienced deal makers. We have a position available for Commercial Propery Brokers to work in our Johannesburg Office. We are an established property company with offices countrywide. We manage a number of commercial and industrial properties across the country, as well as established relationships with the top property funds and landlords. Spire offers industry leading commissions with many additional incentives. Our new brokers earn between R400k and R900k per year.

Duties:

• Conclude leasing transactions
• Conclude sales transactions
• Maintain client data base
• Implement digital marketing execution and strategy, maintain property listings
• Business Development Management / Sales
• Customer Relationship Management via telephone, email and mobile
• Facilitating and executing property viewings with clients
• Maintaining a knowledge of inventory on the market
• Keeping abreast with latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies

We are on the hunt for experienced property brokers with a proven track record in leasing and sales of commercial and industrial property.

The ideal candidate must......

• Have 2 years experience in commercial property, leasing or sales.
• Have a proven track record for successful deals
• Be prepared to canvass new leads
• Have the skills and ability to negotiate a good deal
• Provide excellent levels of client service
• Be able to take advantage of digital marketing platforms
• The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and is expected to collaborate and share information.
