Natasha has an extensive background in retail, commercial and industrial property management. Having managed various portfolios for both private clients as well as large, listed funds. Natasha’s experience within the property sector has been from the day-to-day property management functions, property project management and operational management.
Mark has over 10 years in managerial roles in the commercial property industry, working with, and managing, Listed funds as well as Private client portfolios in the Office, Retail and Industrial sectors in Cape Town and Johannesburg. He also has substantial Asset Management experience at one of South Africa’s top listed funds.
With over two decades of experience in the commercial property sector, Kevin has built a reputation as a dynamic leader, strategist, and dealmaker. As a key member of the Spire team, Kevin specializes in delivering tailored real estate solutions across South Africa.
